Today is one of those cold days that lets you know winter is upon us. It's a good day to spend time in a cafe writing. Sometimes it is easier to leave the distractions of home and plant roots in a coffee shop for the day. Although half way through the day....you have to switch to decaf or nervousness will replace productiveness! I have a few haunts that wecome a writer's laptop and papers and their 8 hr. days....a dance studio, nail studio, hair salon, and a myriad of coffee shops, and ofcourse book stores.
Saturday and Sundays are great writing days because people are out and about....and watching them is a constant source of inspiration. Today I think I'll indulge with a mocha latte....and then later a little more cardio! Hope to see you in my travels. I'll be the one with the manuscript, laptop and mocha latte.
The photo with the pansies is a simple reminder....take time and smell the flowers....a cliche' but even in the dead of winter....there is so much beauty around us!
And the other photo....well that is a clue to what I will be writing about today! Don't you love a good mystery?
