Chicken Paprikash, spaetzle, roasted asparagus, spinach salad with hot bacon dressing, pear/apple kuchen with chocolate coconut crust, banana bread made with homemade chocolate chip anisette biscotti crushed inside and on top, red velvet cupcakes and the most unbelievable lemon chiffon pie (made by my friend) you have every tasted....
The above Christmas Eve menu and sugar plums are dancing around in my head these days. Hope all my characters are safe at home for the holidays.... as some of them have been fighting in a war, some of them don't celebrate, and some of them just don't care.
